A reminder that subs for the club are due on 1st January 2013. After 1st of February members who have not paid their subs will be removed from the list of financial members.

- General:
We will hear from Eastern & Central about the grant application for the club computer by 7th February.
- Show Business - March:
-- Schedule is still being held up by a judging contract.
-- Sashes have been ordered.
- Show Business - May:
-- Show appointments were made.
-- Entries will close 1 month before the show date.
-- Catering issues with Area Manawatu will be followed up.
-- Rosette sponsorship requirements will be identified after checking the quantity of recycled rosettes and Palmerston North Cat Club sashes.
- Show Business - 2014:
-- The committee decided not to pursue running a National in 2014 (the year of our 60th All Breeds Show).

Sponsorship – March 2013 (Combined Show)
Three sponsors are needed for sets of three rosettes for Breeders Award of Merit (entire cats, entire kittens, and neuter/spay cats and kittens) at approximately $40 each. If you think you would like to sponsor these rosettes, please contact the secretary.

Recycling – We do it!
The committee invites members to donate unwanted rosettes and Palmerston North Cat Club sashes to be re-used at upcoming shows. You can bring your ‘recycling’ along to the get together in January or the AGM in February, or contact the secretary to make other arrangements.
