Annual General Meeting - Reminder

The club AGM will be held on Saturday, 16th February 2013 at 4.30pm at the Leisure Centre in Ferguson Street.  The meeting is usually quite short and although we’ve reduced the number required to make a quorum we would still appreciate it if as many members as possible attended.

After the meeting we will be heading off for a social gathering over dinner at the Rose & Crown in Terrace End.

Joining the Committee

The AGM is coming up in February and the club needs willing members to join the committee.

If you would like to help out for the 2013/14 year please come along to the AGM and volunteer.  The more we have onboard the lighter the load is on everybody.

Although there isn’t any committee news for this newsletter I’d like to assure people that the committee members are still all working away – it’s just that there was no meeting scheduled for January.

Yes, even the committee get a month off ... occasionally. :o)

Annual Function

It was great to see a larger than usual turn out for our lunch in the Esplanade on the 13th.  Thank you for taking the time to come along and socialise with other members of the club.

Recycling – We do it!

The committee invites members to donate unwanted rosettes and Palmerston North Cat Club sashes to be re-used at upcoming shows.  You can bring your ‘recycling’ along to the AGM in February or contact the secretary to make other arrangements.
